I'm 16 and I want to start to help my period cramps but I'm not sure which kind to get. I'm afraid I'll forget the pill every day or that the shot or the bar will hurt. What kind is the best?

Answer

I'd say the pill because it's not painful in any way and you can very easily track your period since you are given a week of less active hormonal pills to be your period week. Just set an alarm in the mornings and take it with coffee and tea. It would honestly benefit you in the long run to develop a solid morning routine.
