Impending miscarriage

Goodbye lovely ladies. It was fun following along everyone's journey, but I guess its back to square one for me.

I would've been 9-10 weeks. Went for a repeat US today and no heartbeat and baby hasn't grown since last weeks US. Labs are being drawn to confirm. When it is confirmed and true that I'm having a miscarriage, I have the option for assistance with the miscarriage with medication OR a dilation/curettage procedure. Any experiences/recommendations? 😓
