Has anyone had a miscarriage when they didn't even know they were pregnant? If so, describe to me what symptoms you had... i had a period a few weeks ago then about 5 or 6 days ago (or more... im honestly not sure) i started bleeding out of no where. it's been on and off since then and it's never a lot. i haven't bled all day and then alll of the sudden i started bleeding.... i took 2 pregnancy tests one of which was a blood test. both came back negative. i've been feeling so cranky and sad lately, i have slight anxiety but it's been so bad...i thought it was my hormones but my gyn sent me for blood work and everything came back normal. am i overthinking this whole thing? what could be going on??
