Ttc husband coming home from deployment

Back in April I had my 3rd miscarriage. My husband left April 1st for deployment. I found out that I was 6 weeks pregnant on April 7th. & on April 14th I had my miscarriage. I went & seen my doctor on April 28th & found out that I have MTHFR & Homocysteine & extremely low progesterone levels. My doctor told me that I should take a progesterone booster & Lovenox injections. My husband is due to come home soon & we are planning on TTC. Any ladies that have gone through this have any suggestions for us to have a successful pregnancy? All three pregnancies didn't go any longer than 8 weeks.
