Luke Grey💙

I went in September 5th at 10pm to be induced at 39 weeks and little man decided he didn't want to drag the whole labor thing out for hours and decided to come at 7:18 that next morning. It was definitely an experience. I told the nurses with my first I went fast. They started pitocin with my daughter at 8:25 and she was born at 10:31. They didn't believe me but boy do they now. I got my first pill inserted last night at 10pm. I was only 1 and a half centimeter dilated. When she came back 4 hours later for another pill to be inserted I was only 2cm. I thought goodness this is gonna take a long time.. boy was I wrong. That second pill kick started my labor and I was having contractions 2 and a half minutes apart! My nurse came in to give me my 3rd pill and seen my contractions and decided to check me. I was at 5cm at 5am! 5:31 rolls around and I'm at 8 1/2 centimeters dilated! 30 minutes! She was so shocked! I am very proud of myself for making it that far without the epidural and not crying.🙌🏻 It was so fast and so strong I felt like I was dying but it was all worth it. Oh and big thanks to my husband. Couldn't of done this without him. From the beginning to me crying and yelling like a mad cow to clots falling out afterwards and he helps clean me and the bathroom up afterwards. Plus the amazing father he is already. He is so in love with our precious Luke Grey.💙 Also big sister is super happy!! 7lbs 12oz and 19.5 inches long!
