Need some assurance !! Pls help by responding .

I am currently 6weeks with my second one .... my concern is I have very little morning sickness ..... there's just some sort of heart burn during meal times if I haven't taken on time and lots of fatigue so can't sleep properly .... having so many vivid dreams too ... it's just opposite to my first pregnancy.... 😕

for past two days I am not feeling being pregnant.... there's no cramping or spotting and very little sore boobs ....

is everything ok with me ????🤔

Can't have scan prior 11-12 weeks in UK ... waiting for midwife call ....
