Sex/ Orgasm while pregnant?

I've read online it's normal to have some cramping after sex / after orgasm. But it doesn't matter what speed how rough alone or with my partner and I always get cramps that worry me a lot... what are your experiences? Did It get better? I'm 4 weeks 5 days today and its still happening!

I had period like cramping from implantation to the start of my second trimester. Not from sex but just in general. If sex makes it worse than I would ask your doctor. Cramps can be normal

It's normal to have cramps that early in pregnancy. & it's definitely okay unless doctor tells you otherwise. If you're really worried I would just ask your doctor and she/he will let you know.

Sex and orgasms can cause cramping throughout pregnancy. Once you are in the second and third trimester, you might feel Braxton hicks afterward as well. It's all normal. You are so very very early, and cramping is just normal at that stage anyway. I wouldn't be worried unless you start seeing heavy bleeding like a period.

It had cramping from implantation up until 4 weeks and now it's just when I orgasm I have no other signs of being pregnant other than missed af and positive test... midwife won't see me until I'm 8 weeks which is why I thought maybe you guys would know.
