Military diet ? does it work?

please let me know how much did you lose if you did the 3 day diet.

I've done this twice, first time I lost 13 lbs and second time I lose 9lbs. Sadly, the weight came back and then some. 😔

I haven't tried it but I've heard from many other people that you'll gain it back since losing weight that fast isn't good for you

Yep. And then it all goes back on because it's not sustainable
