30 minutes on treadmill , incline range from 5.0- 14.0 speed range from 2.6- 3.6 . Also wore a waist trainer while working out burned 167 calories

I already feel a difference in my energy levels I hope if I keep this up I'll lose he weight especially in my thighs.. ugh the cellulite it bugs me .. I know there's no actual remedy for it and even models have cellulite but they air brushed so you can't see it. In a way I wish we would all our bodies even our cellulite, what wrong seeing a woman natural body and imperfections in magazines I think it's beautiful and I know for a fact we will all learn to embrace our imperfections and natural beauty.
