I'd like to get some opinions on the different types of BC for after my pregnancy. I've been on depo before and the pill. I'd really like to stay away from those. I was on depo for 4 years and I was told that that's a really long time to be on it. I always forget to take my pill so I'm more looking for the one that goes in your arm, the ring or the iud.
