Workout Supplements During Pregnancy
While ttc I've been working out 5-6 days a week in preparation for getting pregnant. The goal is to stay active and fit throughout pregnancy. I've been making my own preworkout with just five ingredients:
creatine
caffeine 200 mg
l-citruline d-malate 2:1
beta alanine
BCAA 2:1:1
I've done research on them and they are safe to take while pregnant (caffeine in very small amounts). Any moms have opinions or advice on supplements/ways to stay fit and active?
