Help Please

I'm in high school and are high school is three different cities combined so I'm from city a and he is from city c . We don't have classes together except study hall and tir (a homeroom thing kinda) which is only for like testing. How do I get him to notice me?? My school is mostly city A (435 freshmen) city b is (100) city c (32). And he is from city c as mentioned he is super cute lol and funny and I know him not really but through friends. I wanna know actual tips to get him to notice me
