Not losing weight anymore.
My first month of working out I dropped 10 lbs (190-180) over the next three months I dropped another 10 (180-170).
So it's been 3 months later and I have lost 4 lbs (166)
my goal is to get to my healthy weight for my height (140). Did I hit a peak where I need to work out more than an hour 4 times a week or maybe muscle growth could be causing it? I'm sure not focused on the scale and more so my body but I really thought the scale would have gone down more..
Just curious what y'all have done if this happened to you?
