so I seen this picture on the internet awhile back and decided to draw it. i drew it with a mechanical pencil, free hand, just looking at a picture on my phone.  My question is. ..is this good or no?

Buy some art pencils rather than a mechanical pencil, does a lot better of a job. You did a good job though

yes, it's a good start! would be nice to finish it, for example by shading it in with proper pencils but the outlines look good

Hands are difficult to draw but you did a good job. Just keep at it and you'll get better! Heck, I've always drawn with mechanical pictures and shaded with them. It was my favorite pencil to use.

I like it!! Add some shading to give it a bit more depth is the only thing I would suggest. This would be really pretty also with a charcoal medium
