There is a hurricane coming so a lot of the offices are closed today

There is a hurricane coming so a lot of the offices are closed today. Yesterday my perinatologist called and said that they want me to go to the hospital to get an US done. Long story short they didn't order the test and I had to go through the whole triage process in order the get the US. While they monitored me the nurse noticed I was having a contraction but baby's heart rate was dropping when it happened. Transportation came to get me so I can do my US but when I came back to triage the doctor walked in and requested to talk to me. He informed me that it did not happen once it happened 3 times and with the hurricane coming he refused to release me & suggested I have a C-section or my baby could possibly die....4 hours later I met my little prince 💙
