I follow "rhea the naked birdie" on Facebook

Rhea is a lovebird that caught a disease that caused her to lose all her feathers

Shes Facebook famous now.

And idk how many people are admins on the page. I don't follow too closely, but I came across this while looking at the page yes I know its almost 4 am and I don't care lol.

But whoever is taking in sick birds and nursing them back to health. What you're seeing here is someone giving a bird a nebulizer treatment that has a human mask on it. (Breathing treatment, to help the bird breathe. It has a respiratory disease) I just think it is so adorable, that someone cares this much and would do this for a little bird. This made me so happy I cannot even. And if you go look more, you can see how this bird had improved.

Meanwhile rhea, the star of the show. The one who started it all is still being sent sweaters from people all over the world so that she can be warm with her glorious naked self.
