irma's screwing up my cycle???

I've been extremely stressed about his hurricane, Irma, since last Friday. I live in southwest Florida, my sister is near the coast here and my parents on the southeast coast of Florida. I've been spotting and cramping all week. A little extra after sex but then light brown spotting the next day. I'm on CD 40, been ttc for 20 months. SO is holding the only preg test I have hostage, to keep me from feeling even more upset. Anyone else ever have an experience with stress causing weird bleeding patterns? Only other time I had this I was preg with my son.
