It took me three years to lose the weight completely (55lbs gained during pregnancy). I had some factors working against me though. PPD, PPA, and my age (I had my daughter at age 36). It took me a while to get the motivation to actually do it because of the anxiety and depression and once you hit 35 it's a bit harder to get and keep weight off. I'm still not as toned as I was before, but I'm 15 pounds below prepregnancy weight (Lost 70 pounds total) and still want to lose another 15. Once I accomplish that, I will focus more on toning and strengthening. I'm hoping to be back in great shape by next summer.

we will see I'm currently 3 days post partum. hopefully a couple months but I mean it took nine months to get that big I'm sure it'll take a while to go back
