Boils?

Does anyone else seem to get large pimple like bumps down there? It's almost like a boil and they hurt. Eventually they bust and are disgusting. Please help! My friend is really concerned about her well being.

They may be ingrown pubic hairs, if you shave or wax.

If it's boils, some antibiotics might be needed to clear it up. They can be super painful, had one on my leg before. You need to start by treating the infection from the inside.

It's just ingrown hairs, I'd imagine. Try to pluck the hair causing the problem but don't mess with it other than that because you can pick at it too much, cause a bit of an "open wound", and it'll get infected and much worse. If it hurts badly, try sitting in a hot bath and that'll make the swelling go down. You can also put ointment on it, just lay in bed spread eagle for a while to let it soak in. 
I get one or two every time I shave. However, if you don't shave or if you just get lots of them and get them often, you might want to go to your doctor and get tested to make sure it's not something besides ingrown hairs.
