Define drama

I feel like men refer to our feelings/emotions/expressions as drama. Am I wrong? My guy says he doesn't like drama and he tends to run away from it when I try to talk to him about my feelings.

I feel like girls and guys have different definitions of the word drama.

To me drama is unnecessary, sometimes, provoked situations or confrontations to get a reaction from someone (e.i.... when a girl I don't like says something about me and ensures I hear about it)....

I'm really disappointed.... every time I try to talk about a certain situation or my feelings toward something they become drama. But if I hold it in it's also drama.

Wtf.
