TMI PHOTO - a few days after Mirena insertion

Alright everyone freaking out a little. Just got the Mirena put in on Wednesday. This morning went to the bathroom (just pee) wiped and this was there. Anyone experience this with the Mirena?? I'm going to call my doctor on Monday but figured I'd get some opinions until then. Thank you!!
