My last two loves I delivered vaginal with an epidural. With my oldest I got an epidural right away at 4cm then later felt defeated almost because I know I did it out of fear and not pain and with my 2nd I made it to 8cm before I gave in and got an epidural all because I kept thinking about "the ring of fire" whatever that means...lol from my research it's the feeling right before the babies head crowns..But...I really want to go all the way this time with no epidural.
