What qualities make someone husband material?

I'm single so I'm not asking about anyone in particular but I've just lost sight of what I'm looking for. Every guy that had the qualities in the start, turned out to be a psycho or they just weren't ready for something serious.

Someone who chases you, not someone you have to chase. Especially well into a relationship, if you are always pulling teeth to get him to show you affection, intimacy, desire, then I would tell my sister or daughter "it's just not there" and not to commit to a lifetime with that person. Someone who understands commitment and wants that for themselves, like if you said you didn't want it they would find someone who does, who knows that commitment and love are not the same thing. Basically, someone with integrity who does what they say they will do. Someone who knows that respecting each other is #1 because after many years we are capable of saying things that are terrible to each other if we don't prioritize respect and kindness in a relationship. And sexual chemistry. That strrrooonnnggg sexual chemistry that's like a magnet and your bodies just respond to each other. To me that's huge because you're vowing to never share your body with another person and it would be a heavy sacrifice if the chemistry isn't there. In my mind, the beginning should be like can't keep your hands off each other, we make out more than we talk, boners whenever I look at you. And of course date long enough to move past that into the laughing, sharing, friendship development as well. 
Marriage is such a joy to me and such a blessing and I hope that everyone finds that person that is on their team, shares your successes and your failures, and cares about your feelings and your needs and wants to build a whole wonderful life together.
