UGGH medicine math please help!

I accidentally ordered children's Motrin instead of infants 😖 I need help figuring out the dosage of I can even give it to my daughter at all. if not I'll find someone who needs it since I'm not sure about return policy on medicine ... so, my daughter is 16lb first of all (almost 8 months) the infants formula has 50mg/1.25ml and the children's formula has 100mg/5ml soiooo I'm really bad at math but that means infant formula is twice as concentrated right? (100mg/2.5ml) attaching pics of the dosage charts from their website. for infant suspension she would need 1.25ml (50mg) so would that make sense that she would need 2.5ml of the children's suspension?? such an easy mix up to buy the wrong type and I know I've seen posts about Tylenol dosing so I'm hoping you ladies can help sort this out. not going to give her any until tomorrow anyway just bc I don't feel comfortable using anything new before bed (even on myself)
