When will it stop?!

I'm one of the unlucky ones who have PCOS and almost constantly bleed. Like right now, I started August 13 and I'm still going. Sometimes, it completely slows down for a few hours and I end up getting my hopes up, because soon after it starts again. Because of this breaking my heart over and over, my husband and I have put a hold on actively TTC until the beginning of next year. But my heart still breaks every time I see more blood. I feel so empty and depressed.
