Do you REALLY wash your face for 1 minute????

I keep reading that you are supposed to wash your face for an entire minute!  I take maybe 20 - 30 seconds max and I am wondering if this is enough?! I wear makeup and sunscreen and remove it first before I wash, but I swear 1 minute is a long time and would be bad for delicate face skin.

I do a one min wash. Then I use toner. Then I moisturize.

i also have sensitive skin , so i scrub my skin gently with noxema for about 30ish seconds . then i use a cleansing moisturizer

I think that I do. I wash my face in the shower scrub and then just leave it on when I wash my body and wash it off after I wash my body 🤷🏾‍♀️.
