tightening skin??

I've lost 10 pounds since losing my son in April I didn't lose weight quickly because of being depressed. now im not losing anything still and my stretch marks really discourage me): before pregnancy I weighed more than I ever have which was 150 I gained 30 then lost the 10. do the stretch marks make it look worse? we really want to conceive again so I want to feel healthy

in my opinion the stretch marks are a reminder of how far you've come. but honestly the way I read your post and because I'm me I feel like your ashame of them because they remind you of the best and worst day or your life. I'm so sorry that you lost your son. that is a parents worst night mare. I wake up about every 2 hours to check on my son. I think you should use them as a reminder of how strong you are. because the fact you are still here owning up to what has happened and trying to live a better happier life means to are stronger than you give yourself credit for. if you truly want to lose weight just find things that motivate you and believe when they say weight loss is mostly about diet. you got this hun!
