Rock n Play Recommendation?

We were fortunate to be gifted two Rock n Plays at our shower. The Premium Auto Rock n Play Sleeper with Smart Connect (top pic) and the Sweet Surroundings Rock n Play Newborn Sleeper (bottom pic). FTM here and everyone swears by something different about this stuff-- any suggestions of one to keep over the other?

Second one is all you need- but if you have a two story home, keep both!!!

The first one looks like a pain with the canopy. Mine looks like the bottom one and it gets the job done fine!

I got a super old hand me down model from my sister & it has nothing special but was amazingly useful as is...so from my experience, I'd keep the cheapest one & return the more expensive one for stuff I needed. That's just me though. Some babies have a preference...i just know my super basic one was still amazing & my daughter loved it.

We just had the basic one and loved it. The other looks complicated with a lot of features you probably don't need/want.

I suggest keeping both of them. We have two and it's been amazing. One is!) kept in the bedroom (it's the only thing our little one will sleep in and the doctor approved using it at night) and the other floats around the house. We take shifts at night and one of us will sometimes end up with the baby in the living room in the middle of the night and put her down in the second one. During the day I keep the spare near the bathroom so I can use it if alone and need to potty or shower. Having two is the best thing we did as new parents!

I have the bottom one & love it so far. haven't used it yet cuz baby isn't due till October but it's Soo soft and comfy feeling!

My friend has the one in the first pic and I have the one in the second pic. Go with the first one! It has way more options. Plus it gives baby to look at.
