3 mos of opk and I know my cycle, time to stop and go with what I know!
3 mos after nexplanon removal and using opk I know my cycle... i have gotten a +opk cd 13 or 14 and have 26-28 cycle. Luteal phase is always 14 days and my period is 3 days.
I think it's time to relax and go with I know... no more opk testing and no more tracking/stressing/overthinking
My hub thinks we should to and I honestly relax when I think about it
I still will use this app but it's time to be free ❤️
