Implantation bleeding???

I'm 13 dpo today and have been having some minor cramps, just enough to notice that they're there...but not even painful. I never cramp until the day AF shows up and I've cramped the past few days off and on throughout the day, like I said barely just enough to notice. Now I have this just once...any thoughts?? BFN this morning 👎🏼 but I've heard you can implant late
