boob tips

hey guys, so i have small boobs and i want to feel sexy with what i wear. i have alot of fashion tops that look good with cleavage. i have push up bras but everytime i adjust they look great for like 2 minutes until i move. how can i fix my boobs from sliding away? plssss help this is such an annoying problem. also my boobs are kinda outwards..if that makes sense..like they arent close together. thanks!
