help?

I am waiting to hear back from my doctor, I have an appointment monday, to find out if I am diabetic (type 1). my mom was type 1, i had a dr appointment friday and had blood wprk done because they found glucose and ketones in my urine. any way, I am laying here watching tv and my whole body starts to feel tingly and kind of heavy, I'm light headed and I am having a hard time seeing straight. my blood sugar level is 127. I feel like this is high for me, but I don't know of it's high enough to be concerned.. suggestions?? I'm still kind of new to this, I mean I helped my mom but I'm still trying to figure this out.
