Waiting for three days😩

My insurance switched my doctor the day of my appointment I had to switch it back to my regular doctor now have to wait AGAIN to see if I have PCOS or not. I've had cramps since before my period was late and I did two tests the week it was late and the week after I'm convinced it's PCOS😒. Anybody get their BFP weeks later? I just don't understand cause usually I could feel my bf hit my cervix but the day we BD it was open and he finished inside me but I'm really doubting it because I have all the symptoms of PCOS and it's sad for us cause he hates when I say it's something wrong with me and that I'm sure I have PCOS😞. Helppppp😔
