Miscarriage? Please advice.

This is my first pregnancy on the 6th i went to the er because i woke up with light pink bleeding i heard its normal but i went in anyway because i was scared. So they ran a urine test to see if i had a uti that came back clear they did blood work my hcg levels was in the high 5000s. They also did a pelvic exam and swabbed me to test me then they took me to do a US they couldnt find baby so the US lady did a transvaginal US and showed me the screen and when i asked if that was my baby she said it could be or it could be something else your too early. So she took me back to my room and the doctor came and told me everything came back okay and from the pelvic exam when he swabbed me it came back that i had a over growth of bacteria (Bv) and gave me antibiotics and that my baby was okay and said i was 5weeks 6 days which i had thought to be around 9 weeks from my first day of my last period. Now what scares me when i got home few hrs after the er visit i started bleeding red and cramping off and on but i have been doing that since i found out i was pregnant now fast forward today im still bleeding still cramping off and on it comes and goes its not consistent and yesterday at work i passed a tiny clot just one and now my blood is reddish brown sometimes its barely there sometimes it picks up its a light to kinda medium flow only there when i wipe should i be concerned because all my friends and family is telling me its fine you should only be concerned if your having excruciating cramps and passing large clots snd that im probably bleeding because of the vaginal US or the Bv or that i could be one of the girls who has a period pregnant this is my first time pregnancy so im worried about everything... please no mean comments i tried over 2 years for this baby.... this is the picture of the clot i passed at work on friday
