As the title states, I'm 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant... Fell down the stairs last night from top to bottom..

Had no bleeding, but I've got cramping on one side.

I've been so stressed about it that I've been arguing with my partner and crying a lot.

Is the baby ok?? And safe in there??

I had an early pregnancy scan at 7 weeks, saw heart beat and baby was fine.

I suffered with a missed miscarriage a year ago, so now I'm just worried that if anything does go wrong, I won't know again now until my next scan..

Very stressed 😩☹️
