Symptoms!

I just want some symptoms! I don't want to be "one of the lucky ones". I want something other that a positive test telling me that I'm pregnant. I have no idea how far along I am. My doctors appointment is Thursday. But my sore boobs are kinda going away and that's the only thing I had. I feel like the progesterone tablets are hiding that Im going to miscarry.

Has anyone else had to take progesterone and not have any symptoms at all and were fine?
