So for my capstone project i wanted to invent a challenge worldwide to embrace the glorious mess that we all are. I just would like opinions on what would be a challenge you would join? what is something you think is important to know when learning how to love yourself first? For example, a challenge called "#ThisIsTheRealMe", which will be a challenge to post an inspirational quote that you think will help others learning to love themselves, or posting a picture/video of a challenge you're faced with and would like to tell the world that they're not the only one going through it.
