can someone explain?

so Thursday I had a negative opk. forgot to test on Friday so tested yesterday and was positive and again this morning and positive, I had ewcm (some had a bit of brown on and sometimes appeared cloudy, but most was clear. and also had a dull ache) I've just checked again and test was negative so checks my cervix and my cm is creamy now. I've been told that my ovaries are polysistic when I had a scan when I lost my baby. does this sound like my body geared up to ovulate but didnt? I dont chart x
