Scared to show people but gonna do it anyway

I get scared or that people will really judge me if I show them my art. I don't know if I'm any good at all honestly. Sometimes I just get in a mood and have to make something. I love using pastels and either finding an image and recreating it but changing it so it's mine or just going with the flow until something comes out of it. Tonight I made these two and I want to see what people think and here's an easy way that I can without showing who I am.

I've never attended an art class or have any real training. Just kinda doing me and I don't know why but it helps me relax and feel better after
