vvvvfl then eggshell white?!?!

I took this test this morning and after about 2 minutes it had a vvvvvvvvvvvfl then after about 5 minutes, it turned eggshell white! I guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow to test again. could this have been a faulty test?

There is a lot of dye run it takes more than 2mins for the dye to settle. I would consider this a negative.

If its faint during the window it usually gets darker after the test is no longer valid not lighter.

The white line is just the strip that is suppose to pick up the hcg, if there is no color, there is no hcg and it's a negative
