does anyone have experience with red raspberry leaf tea to bring on labor. I'm so ready to have this baby and over due. everyone please share your experience and how much tea I should drink a day and if it worked or didnt!!! thanks

It's not supposed to induce labor, just tone the uterus and make labor easier.

I used this and evening primrose rose oil for two weeks, my waters never broke on their own until the day before I got induced after a membrane sweep, but when I went in for the sweep I was 4-5 Cm Dilated and doctor said that it helped tremendously

Didn't do anything for me when I was pregnant. Look up nipple stimulation to induce labor! I really think that helped me, honestly. Just have to be careful because it can cause really strong contractions

i've been drinking about 6-8 cups a day and taking 3 primrose oil pills a day. due the 15th and crossing my fingers i won't have to be induced! 🤞🏻💘
