8w5d- cramping around my pubic bone and having brown spotting for about 2 days now. I had spotting at around 6 weeks but it was ruled as just implantation bleeding since I didn't have cramps or anything then and baby had a heart beat.

Should I go to the ER tonight if it doesn't stop or is it nothing? I've had a miscarriage before and I don't want to risk losing another baby. Should I wait it out or should I go?
