Lately I've been feeling super depressed and self conscious about myself. It's making me have doubts about my partner and it's putting a strain on our relationship.
Whenever you or your partner get down, what do y'all do to get back up?
Whether it's exercising, playing games, or an app that you all use. I'll try anything at this point.
I recently got the arm implant and I think it's making my depression way worse.
