Ultrasound results-anyone else??

Please help/give input!! I had an ultrasound on cd 15 to get the testing started even though I was mid cycle. I normally ovulate on cd 19/20 according to opks. The u/s revealed I have 12 follicles in each ovary but no dominant follicles. Is it still possible I could ovulate and get pregnant or am I completely out? Has anyone had an u/s too early and later had a dominant follicle? I was not expecting this and am really bummed...
