FTM 38w4d and desperate!

I'm a FTM and I already had 1 contraction a week ago. Yesterday I was helping my husband with the nursery and when I woke up to pee at night I had the most intense sharp pain in the front and my lower back. I took Tylenol and it decreased the pain however I'm still very sore today. I'm 1cm dilated, cervix has been thinning and I'm just desperate to have this baby! I want to know when he is coming!!! I want him to finish baking but the anxiety is real!!!! #ventingseshOVER
