Distinguishing implantation bleeding

At 7dpo, I had slight cramps followed by spotting later on that night. It lasted for 2-3 hours and then was gone by the next day. Still had a very few slight cramps the next day but that's it. It started out pink and then there were a couple of streaks of red. Not even enough to fill a panty liner. And it wasnt even coming out, it was only there when I wiped. Does this sound like IB? And does this mean that I am definitely pregnant and just have to wait to see if AF arrives?
