Bed time?

What time do you put your 2-3 month old to bed at night? And approximately what times do they nap throughout the day?

Answer

She goes to bed same time we do around 9pm and sleeps straight through until 8am or so. Sometimes earlier if my husband wakes her getting ready for work lol (she sleeps next to our bed). Nap times are a whole other story lol she doesn't nap much. She's awake, happy and smiling for 85% of the day 😂 but we're trying to transition her to set nap times. One in the late morning and then two in the afternoon/early evening. So we'll see how it goes!

There is not much that's approximate about it lol. My LO until this week went to bed for the "night" somewhere between 9-11. Slept for 5ish hours, ate, and then slept for another 5ish hours waking up between 8-10. Then he goes down for a nap after being awake roughly 2-3 hours all throughout the day. But sometimes he resists naps too and is just awake for 5 hours. He's unpredictable......       Just this week he started sleeping 9 hours through the night all on his own, 4 days straight so far, but who knows how long it'll last! Plus there's the 4 month sleep regression. It's impossible to get babies on a sleep schedule before 4 mo the because of all the growth spurts they go through. Good luck!
