5wks and spotting and slight cramping!! HELP!!!

I woke this morning to take my 3yr to the toilet at 5am and needed to go myself and I noticed some pinkish spotting/cm on my liner.....then after waking again at 7:15am I ventured to the toilet again and had the same pinkish spotting/cm when I wiped!! now in the last 30min ive had slight cramping....im trying to stay calm but it took so long to fall preg....I dont want it to end in a 3rd m/c!! I dont know what to do....the hospital where I am say if ur under 20wks they say to wait and watch!!

please if this has happened to any1 let me know.....good or bad out comes please
