When your 13, it's a lot different than when your maybe 17 or 18. I'm 17 now and when I was 13 I fell for this boy, and boy did I love him. But it didn't last and when I looked back on it a few months ago, I wasn't so sure that it was love. But I've thought about it and I believe that when you're 13 you're very capable of loving someone, and i did love that boy, but it's different than falling in love when you're older. It feels different because it is different. They're still both a romantic love but I think once you start maturing more, you feel different about love than when you're younger.

Honestly it depends on the person. Me personally, at 13 I was just playing like club penguin on my computer lmao not even interested in boys. but just 2 years later at 15 I did fall in love, and I know it was true love, because I'm 20 now and marrying him  in 8 months. It's hard to say if there actually is a "too young" at all.
