Not sure what's going on with my body

I'm on cd14 and these have been my symptoms for the past few days.. So I've been having some spotting off and on for a few days only if I have sex rough. And now I'm having some lightning crotch with cramps in the middle of my pelvis. I've been checking my cervix and it's been medium soft and closed, also my cm is thick and milky white and the inside of my vagina is sticky. Has anyone had any of this before??
